Safety Tips

• Always sign the back of your card upon receipt.
• Handle your card carefully. If your card is damaged, it may be rejected or retained.
• Safeguard your account number. Always obtain merchant receipts and destroy carbons.
• For your protection in case of loss or theft, do not keep your PIN and card together.
• Do not give your PIN to anyone who might have access to the card.
• When using your card at merchant locations, always keep your card in sight.
• Be cautious when using your card online, as many websites offer free trials for products, etc. The offer will say that all you owe is the shipping charge, but the Terms and Conditions state otherwise. Many of these sites will begin charging you monthly for a product or service that you are not even aware of.

Use the PSB Mobile App to Reset your Pin; 

Click on the cards tab within the mobile banking app

Scroll to the bottom and select Set PIN

It will require a security code to be sent to a phone number or email that is already on file. Select Next

Enter the security token. Select Next

Enter the PIN and Confirm the PIN

Click Submit

You will receive Conformation 

Click View Card Details at the bottom when done and it will take you back to the My Cards section
